Ten hours of conditioning must be completed prior to full contact drills. Coaches determine practice dates and time for each team. Program Overview

The Naperville Chargers are part of the Pop Warner youth football and cheerleading organization. Locally, our program participates in the Chicagoland Pop Warner Football Conference (CPWFC).

The Pop Warner program focuses on football, cheerleading, scholastics, and community activities. Children must maintain a 2.0 GPA to participate throughout the season. They learn about community involvement, such as fundraising and volunteering for our annual Chargers Tackling Cancer event.

All coach and team manager volunteers must pass an independent background check and adhere to policies established by our program. We use trainers and local high school & college players & coaches at various times throughout the season to teach the kids and coaches the latest in conditioning, fundamentals, and strategy.
