Naperville Chargers

2021 Season Information

The football season consists of 8 regular season games, followed by playoffs at the Mitey Mite level and higher. Games are played on Saturday or Sunday at varying times. Home games are at Naperville North High School and away games are throughout the Chicagoland area.

Football practice begins the first week of August and is limited to ten hours per week prior to Labor Day, after which practice is limited to six hours per week. Ten hours of conditioning must be completed prior to full contact drills. Coaches determine practice dates and time for each team. 

Registration (Mitey-Mite and older)

$500 registration fee plus $100 fundraising fee ($100 is refundable if player opts in to sell minimum $100 worth of fundraiser cards).

Tiny-Mite Registration

$250 registration fee plus $100 fundraising fee ($100 is refundable if player opts in to sell minimum $100 worth of fundraiser cards).  

Registration fee includes the following:

• home and away game jerseys with name on back are yours to keep (just one jersey for Tiny-Mite)
• practice jersey is yours to keep
• use of game pants (except Tiny-Mite)
• use of shoulder pads
• Practice and game field rentals, insurance, referees, playoff fees, team equipment (pads, footballs, etc.), and athletic trainers at games

Players must provide the following:

• blue Chargers helmet
• 7-piece pad set or girdle
• practice pants
• white game pants (only needed for Tiny-Mite team)
• football cleats
• mouthguard

Players are allowed a weekly weight gain for growth.

A child's age on July 31 is their age for the season.
